Update on urgent health concern
Update from Martha, ReachGlobal staff in Costa Rica, with the MRI results that she has reviewed with a surgeon. “The good news is I have a fairly small lump on the right side that seems to be in an early stage. However it is an invasive cancer, and we will not know if it has spread until the surgeon removes some lymph nodes at the time of the operation to remove the cancer. Another new development is that the MRI shows a suspicious spot on my left side, so I have a biopsy for that scheduled for Tuesday, June 29. Please pray for decisions we need to make on the surgery and plans for treatment.”

Sharing the Gospel
Pray for Todd, ReachGlobal staff in the United Kingdom, who is meeting right now with a man who believes Islam is the true religion. Please pray for God’s guidance in this new relationship. Todd believes he likes to inquire of Christians about their faith in order to build strength in his own. Pray that this will be the beginning of a stronger relationship/friendship, that will lead to his leaving his current beliefs and growing in love with Jesus as the truth of his life.
Men's Gathering in CAC

Urgent Prayer: Hip Surgery Repeated
Bruce, ReachGlobal staff in Macau, had hip replacement surgery on June 18, and is now experiencing complications. His previously fractured thigh bone was not strong enough to receive the implant and has refractured, so that the new hip implant is sliding down into and around in his bone.

Pray for Bruce and Mary emotionally as well. The health issue is stressful but also pray for them as they need to delegate most of their ministry duties with Merciful Love Family Fellowship to the core group members.

Pray for Jim and Lisa, ReachGlobal staff in Tanzania, whose home was broken into by thieves. Electronic items were stolen before the men tried to enter the master bedroom. Urgent prayer need
Please pray for Martha, ReachGlobal staff in Costa Rica. Martha was diagnosed with breast cancer over the weekend and needs immediate surgery. Martha and her husband, Mark, have decided to have her surgery in Colorado and are praying Martha can have it next week, but a lot has to happen between now and then. Pray for strength as they pack and move out of their house in Costa Rica with only six days notice. They fly to the States on Friday, June 18. Ask God to lead them to the right surgeon and an oncologist in Colorado. Pray for clear communication as they relay the medical information and biopsy Martha received in Spanish to doctors in Colorado so that a second biopsy can be avoided.
Pray for healing and that God would be glorified. Pray for Mark, who serves with LATN, and their daughters, Melinda and Michelle, as this is hard news for them to hear.

Partnership with Law Enforcement in Rwanda
The vision trip to Rwanda that Merle, ReachGlobal staff in Africa, took with staff from a U.S. based law-enforcement ministry, The Centurion Project, was God opening the door to a ministry partnership. Through various “God circumstances” including a meeting with the assistant police commissioner for the entire country, God has opened the door for The Centurion Project to bring teams of Christian police officers from the U.S. to do training and outreach for police officers in Rwanda.
